Are you looking to lighten your load for 2025?
I have limited general clean spots available on Mondays and Tuesdays for weekly / fortnightly /monthly.
✅ minimum 2 hours
✅ everything supplied by me
✅ insured, police check, abn
✅ start date from 10th February
❌ovens not included in general cleans
ℹ️ Travel fee applies to clients outside of singleton town limits
ℹ️ Contract agreement in place for all clients with a 2 week written notice for cancellation.
ℹ️Cancellation fees apply
ℹ️ Payment due the day of your clean
ℹ️ If you are starting a new clean please take note it will take a little extra time as I give areas one by one the love and attention they need to bring up to “maintenance mode” from there cleaning your home will require less time.
ℹ️ I am a solo cleaner so it’s just me bringing the magic
ℹ️I do have children and unfortunately from time to time they do become sick meaning I may have to cancel your clean under these circumstances and try to reschedule a clean that works for both of us.
❓ I have pets! Will you still come?
- Absolutely your fur babies and I will be besties in no time!
❓We have allergies/ sensitive to some products.
- No worries!! I use low tox cleaners safe for pets and allergies. I only bring out the big guns for tough jobs if necessary!
❓We are shift workers.
- No worries! Send me your rosters and I will do my best to get you a spot that works for you and your lifestyle.
❓I won’t be home when you clean is that ok?
- Absolutely! Most clients are busy with work and life and not home whilst I do my thing. Prior arrangements can be made to enter your property and how to leave it once I am finished.
❓I’m not happy with your clean.
- Please tell me! I pride myself on my work and delivering the best each and every time. Communication is key and if I don’t know I am unable to rectify. I am a approachable person and together we can work on how I can meet your expectations.
❓we are working on a budget but I really want the extra help of a cleaner.
- Perfect!! Let’s talk about your priorities of your clean and meeting those requirements in a 2 hour clean.
❓I’m hesitant to have a cleaner, I don’t want you to see our life!
- Take assurance that what I see inside your home doesn’t leave with me. Your home is your safe place and that’s where it all stays.

Today wrapped up the work year for the Jaefab Services team with a trial fit of a new bucket lip, many thanks to all our valued clients, employees, sub contractors, family and friends for the ongoing support
We will be back next year doing what we do best with alot of work requests already for the new year

And that’s a wrap for 2024 for Jaefab Services Pty Ltd Cleaning devision!
Thankyou to everyone who has put my name forward for cleaning jobs.
A heartfelt Thankyou to my amazing clients aka Jaefab cleaning family for allowing me to bring sparkle to your homes, to allowing trust in me to bring the magic!
I take great pride and am incredibly grateful in being able to assist your families.
Lots of laughs shared throughout the year with you all being blessed with my singing skills, I’ve made friends with all your fur babies and some even don’t let me in until they’ve got their pats!! I’ve been there through highs and lows with you all throughout the year and can’t Thankyou enough for choosing me to be there with you!
Next year I’ll be back bringing the magic and excited for 2025!!
For now I’m off to hold my annual Christmas party with my trusty sidekicks ( vacuums, mops, cloths, you name it I’ve got it) who have earned a rest!! 🙌🏻😘💕

More than just a cleaner….
Today was a special operation after I found a race car had an accident down a bath tub plug hole. I called in the tow truck aka drain cleaning pipe and race car was retrieved.
After that race car got a full detailed clean buffed dry and handed back in perfect condition for its little owner who had the biggest smile on his little face! 😍 🥳

Our daughter was lucky to win a family pass to the zoo, Zoe has decided, on her behalf, that the Jaefab Services PTY LTD family would like to pass this on to a family that is doing it tough or struggling leading up to Christmas

It’s more than just a cleaner. It’s an art to detail finding things that need attention like little hand prints on walls. Finding random things in random places and leaving them in a safe space to be found. It’s about trust. It’s about honesty. It’s about building relationships with the magic fairy who goes about cleaning while you’re busy doing life. It’s about living in your home and knowing you don’t have to feel judged by your cleaner. It’s about the instant relief when you walk in after a long day. It’s about the reset in your home. It’s about the care taken by your cleaner 👌🏻💕
