This little dog 'Smurf' was where my love of cattle dogs all began! What a dog! And not all in a good way 😂
Dear Smurf taught me so so much about cattle dogs. She was such a strong willed dog who insisted on a strong leader. Eventually I became what she needed but she probably nearly killed us both in the process. Ellenbanks Australian Cattle Dogs began after Smurf taught me what I needed to know ready for the beautiful red dog Boss. 🐕 💕

Mother's day feels like an appropriate time to officially announce that Mabel is going to be a mummy in late May!
Congratulations to Mabel and the beautiful baby daddy Otto!
(Otto is the one in the show photo!)

We are taking expressions of interest for these babies now.
(When it isn't so wet here I will get some decent photos of Mabel!)
