Starting to initiate weight bearing more often, we are on our walking program😜 I SHOULD be feeling fitter😂😂
Still icing or hosing daily, then a vascular flush with epsom salt in warm water, followed by massage with either rapid gel, comfrey oil or tuff rock post walking.

Slowly slowly ….. fingers crossed we’ve turned a corner🤞
