This is Happy a 9 yo mixed breed pup. He was brought in when his owner died. This pup is on a deadline and today is it. If he does not have a Rescue commitment by end of day, he will be euthanized. He's such a sweet boy. The 1st Pic was just taken today. He's so happy and is unaware today is his last day.

So sad 😞. This pup did nothing to receive this fate. Make arrangements for your animals when you pass. If not, this will be your dog/cat.

People, keep your pets!! They are not disposable!!! The "rehoming" of animals is out of control right now.

RESCUES ARE FULL!!!! We are inundated with animals and requests to take more. Just know if you turn your animal loose (which lots of you do) or surrender to a shelter, there's a really good chance your animal will be EUTHANIZED!! We are full, there's little to no help and resources are scarce.

Just an FYI. I see multiple posts all day of ppl rehoming animals. You need to be aware of the reality. If you just don't care eff you.

This has been a hell of a year for Rescues. Resources have dwindled, costs have gone up significantly and adoptions are down.

Adding to this already bad situation are people dumping off their animals at break-neck sp*ed. Despite all these circumstances, Rescues are still doing what they are compelled to do. Most of us have taken on more animals than anticipated as the need has been so great.

So my ask is this, make a donation of some sort, to a local Rescue. Any donation helps. Food, toys, litter, p*e pads, cleaning products, towels, blankets or sheets. Your donation would be greatly appreciated by your local Rescue.

Niles our beautiful tabby boy. He's large for his age. This handsome boy was born at my house April 1st. All these kittens are loveable. Niles loves rubs 💓 Playtime is his favorite- besides food time lol.

Niles has been neutered and has his first set of shots. If you're interested please message me and we'll schedule a visit.

At the vet with Mariposa. She's been having tummy issues. 😩 I worry about her because she's my old lady. We pulled her from a shelter due to dental issues. She's not been in great health since we pulled her. Prayers for the old girl please 🙏
