It is always a bit upsetting when you get a Google 1* review and you don't know why? You can only learn and fix mistakes if you know what they are. We are sad the client won't communicate and let us know, what we did wrong?

"Worst groom ever" they said ... but WHY?

At Madi's Paws we will happily fix ANYTHING, we have 10 groomers and we are open 7 days a week from 7 am until 7 pm

We want ALL our customers to be 100% happy with their dog groom, unfortunately on this occasion we are unable to resolve the complaint, and for that we are sorry!

I never knew about this ... TODAY IS INTERNATIONAL DOGS DAY.

A day where we celebrate and honour all dogs – no matter shapes, sizes, age and breeds – and encourage adoption to all those who have yet to find a home and a family forever
