Very shiny Coastal Carpet Python I relocated today.

This beautiful Eastern Brown was a firecracker going into the bag, and a firecracker coming out.

Yellow-faced whipsnake removed from a front yard in Buderim after accidentally being stepped on. This is a species of venomous snake from the Elapidae family (Same family as the Eastern Brown) and is often miss identified as a brown. Yellow-faced whipsnakes are only mildly venomous and not considered dangerous to us adults. Their bite can be extremely painful with localised swelling though, so I wouldn't recommend handling one. This has got to be one of the coolest Red-bellied Black Snake experiences I’ve had. I was coming home from a job when I noticed this little Red Belly cross the road in front of my car. I jump out and found the snake searching through holes on the side of the river bank. It almost looked shocked to see me there when it first noticed I was there. What a beautiful experience that was. Started this morning at one of the local retirement villages in Buderim. This absolutely gorgeous golden tanned Coastal Carpet Python decided to set up camp underneath this aircon unit. My customer first noticed the snake when he let his older small fluffy dog out for a wee. The dog can’t hear or see anything and the python went for it. LUCKY DUCKS. Look at this gorgeous Red-bellied black snake I relocated from a duck coop in Hunchy today. The snake had his head pointed straight at the door so I decided to keep it closed till I had my hands on it. The last thing I wanted was the snake to race away from me in the direction of my customer. Red-bellies like to live near water and are most likely to be found near rivers, creeks and swamps. They're excellent swimmers and prey on many aquatic species like frogs, fish, eels.
