This🥹… grooming ‘siblings’ is one of the most beautiful parts of what I do.
The connection between ‘siblings’ is a special thing to witness.
The sibling not being groomed will always alert me to the stress of the other dog, usually before the other dog displays it to me - read that again - how special is that 🫶🏼

Little old Ned is supported throughout his whole groom by his beautiful big brother Reuben🫶🏼

Are you thinking of becoming a professional dog groomer in 2026?

I run a five day one-on-one course, where I teach all that is required to carry out safe, beautiful grooms in a stress-free learning environment.
After the course I continue to mentor my students, making sure they become the best they can be.

What you will learn:

▪️How to carry out longer clips with attachment combs

▪️How to shape heads, ears and tails

▪️Help with equipment selection, purchase/maintenance
▪️Tips on how to promote and market your business
▪️On going support and mentoring

Some of my former students (who I still mentor) have gone on to open home salons or mobile grooming businesses.

I always feel very humbled when people choose me to teach them how to groom professionally.
I love that it allows me to connect with beautiful people, from all walks of life. For some it’s a career change, for others it’s about personal growth and doing something they’ve always wanted to learn. The reasons are many, but the most important thing is their love for dogs🫶🏼

It’s been an absolute pleasure teaching Tammy and I’m excited for her as she opens her home-based salon .shores.dog located in Scarborough.

My grooming course isn’t just about the intense week of learning, it’s so much more.
I continue to support, encourage and teach my students as they embark on their grooming careers. I’m always available to chat, they are always welcome to come back into the salon and I visit them in their own salons when they feel the need for guidance.

I’m so proud of all my students, they have been brave enough to step out of their comfort zones and learn something new🤍

Thank you to my beautiful clients who allow me to use their pooches as models, it’s greatly appreciated.
