It’s never too late to study and learn new skills.

Going back to the books in my 50s was not easy but I can now say that I hold a CERT III in Animal Care Services (Pet Grooming) by Heiniger Academy.

Thank you and team for helping me with the practical grooming tasks and for supervising my work. I wouldn’t have been able to complete this course without your help and will be forever grateful for your generosity.

Carding is the process of removing excess of undercoat. Undercoat is that soft, short, downy and dense hair that provides insulation to the dog. Carding removes old hair and stimulates the growth of new healthy hair. It frees the follicles from debris stimulating the production of natural lubricating oils called sebum. Consult your groomer on the benefits of carding to your dog.
