One thing I love about Box Divvy is the freshness of the produce. Everything seems to last for ages and more importantly, everything just tastes better, from the corn 🌽 to cauliflowers, 🥒cucumbers to the 🍆 eggplant.
Baby truss tomatoes get topped up weekly at our place and with the 1kg I ordered this week, I decided to make a spiced tomato sauce for pasta, from Ottolenghi’s Simple Cookbook. Look at the colour of it!
And both simple and delicious it was……

I’m not sure why I haven’t ordered the 2kg box of green prawns before but they should definitely be next on your list to try.

Amazing value at $39/kg, straight from Pyrmont Seafoods at the fish market.
Tonight was dumpling night, served with boiled rice and stir fried Choi Sum and spinach.
I won’t mention how many dumplings we got through ……
