Our Kemps Creek shelter is desperately seeking donations of warm bedding, blankets and towels to help care for our animals.
This wet weather has been wreaking havoc on our supply of clean, dry laundry! 💦 Bedding and towels are often going back into kennels as fast as they're being washed. 😮
If you have some old items you can donate, our animals would LOVE to receive them. 🐶🐱
Donations can be dropped off at our shelter at 1605 Elizabeth Drive, Kemps Creek NSW, 2178. We're open daily between 10am-3:30pm.
Alternatively, if you'd like to help but aren't able to drop by, goods can be purchased from online retailers and posted directly to our shelter.

Ren is a sweet shy guy who is in need of a loving, quiet home.
Scared of all new things, Ren will require someone dedicated and patient to spend time with him to help him feel secure in his new home. Even though he is shy, he really is a very sweet soul, he has so much love to give and is just waiting for his perfect home to lavish his love on. Great with other dogs, another doggie friend may assist him to gain some of his confidence back. Being an indoor dog, Ren would love to be able to spend time on the lounge and bed with you for snuggles.

Max is a gorgeous active boy, who is looking for a home that’s full of energy. Even though Max is small in stature, he is large in energy, he will play all day long. Max has a tendency to bark when bored and lonely so a spot on the lounge is a must and understandable neighbours is a bonus.
Like brushing hair! Fantastic, as Max will require regular grooming with his thick long coat.

Volunteers required for AWL shelter at Kemps Creek
Have you ever wanted to volunteer at our Kemps Creek shelter? Well, you're in luck! 🐾
Applications are currently open from Monday, 18 April to Tuesday, 5 May. As we get lots of requests to volunteer at our shelter, applications are open quarterly for a two-week period to help us manage the intake and onboarding.
