Hi everyone,

Important updates and changes for 2023

-All prices are increasing $5-$20. If you have any questions, please message me or visit my website.

-Breed specific grooming (eg. poodle feet, schnauzer skirt) are an extra $30 on top of the regular groom price.

-I will answer texts but not phone calls after hours. Please leave me a text or voicemail after hours. Calls with no message will not be called back.

-Bookings can be made over the phone but I will now ask that your name, email & mobile number is texted to me so I can copy and paste the info into my bookings app so that no mistakes can be made over the phone.

-For booking made over the phone, an invoice will be sent for the booking deposit via email and it must be paid within 24hrs of the email being sent otherwise your booking will be canceled.

-Deposits are now 50% of the booked groom due to the amount of no-shows, late rescheduling & late cancellations I’ve had this month.

-All bookings include a confirmation email with my address in it & a reminder text 3 days before your appointment. You have 24hrs after receiving the reminder text to cancel before I keep your deposit. If you do not receive either, please tell me as I will still keep the deposit as per my policy. A link to my policies is below.

-All anxious & aggressive animals must be on a schedule (max 4 weeks). If you have questions as to why, call or text me as there’s a long list.

Hi everyone,
Today I made a big mistake with one of my bookings. I completely misunderstood and booked the client in for the wrong day. This is super frustrating and disappointing for clients and me.

These mistakes happen very easily and no matter how hard I try, it will probably happen again one day. So I ask that all clients check and read through their confirmation emails and reminder messages to ensure the info is correct. While it is my responsibility to book you in correctly, if I don’t notice the mistake then I can’t fix it. If you notice when you receive the email at the time of booking or the confirmation message 2 days before, then I have time to fix the mistake. Please note that all bookings come with an automated confirmation email and reminder text. If you don’t receive either, especially the email, please let me know.

Please keep in mind that behind the phone I am also a working mum of 2. Thank you for understanding and for your cooperation
