We are so very lucky that Dash and Calli took on the role of raising Bowie. The first photo is one of my very favourite ones of Daisy and Dash. You just know they were planning something. These three drive us crazy sometimes but we wouldn’t have it any other way. If you are fortunate to have these amazing dogs in your life you are truly blessed. Happy Tuesday everyone

We are so deeply saddened that our beautiful darling friend has crossed the rainbow bridge. Our heart breaks for her beautiful Mummy Erika and we are sending her lots of hugs and puppy kisses

Lest we forget. My Grandpa Percy William Ford was born at Highgate, Middlesex in 1880. He was a seaman and during the Boer War served in the Merchant Navy, transporting troops to South Africa. He was in Sydney when the First World War broke out and enlisted into the Australian Imperial Force on 8 December 1914. He embarked from Sydney with the third reinforcements of 3 Battalion on 11 February 1915 on board HMAT Seang Choon. He served at Gallipoli and was wounded on 12 August with bomb wounds to his buttock and lower extremities and sent to Hospital at Cairo, Egypt. He rejoined his unit on Lemnos in mid September and returned to Gallipoli. After the Gallipoli campaign he returned to Egypt where he was transferred to the Imperial Camel Corps on 5 February 1916. He served in Sinai and Palestine until 19 April 1917 when he was wounded a second time during the Second Battle of Gaza. Ford's camel was hit by a shell and he was struck by shell fragments in his right thigh and foot, hand and back. He was transferred to Cairo, arriving there on 25 April. On 2 May he was reported as seriously ill with chloroform syncope. He was pronounced out of danger on 19 May. On 4 June he was reported seriously ill again and was not declared out of danger until 2 July. During his hospitalisation his right leg became gangrenous and was amputated 4 to 6 inches above the knee. On 11 July he embarked for Australia on board HMAT Port Sydney, arriving in Melbourne on 22 August. He was discharged on 21 February 1918. Percy Ford died on 20 December 1954.

It’s too hot to go for a walk today so we have to wait for it to cool down but Mum could not wait to put me in my new harness from Now I match my big brother Dash. Today we got a wonderful surprise from our besties .kobe.lacey.winnie and Aunty Demi. We were so excited to open it. We got amazing Halloween tops from , a toy that Calli thinks is just for her, some treats and tags with our names on them and Mums phone number incase we are naughty. We love everything and are so lucky to have such amazing friends

Calli is the sweetest girl ever. After her emergency stay at SASH Calli was so traumatized that she wouldn’t let us near her to put a harness on her. It has taken weeks to get to the point where we are able to put a harness on her and take her for short walks. Calli is still terrified of getting in the car, so we will work up to that gradually. It breaks our hearts that this has happened to our beautiful girl.

My Darling girl Daisy had two little grey hairs on her back from when she was a puppy. Bowie and Kai have the same two grey hairs on their backs. My beautiful girl sprinkled some magic on to her babies
