How we came to be..

Believe it or not, but Dani and I started at the other end of the food chain breeding rodents for pets. We did this for a few years before we had an unexpected visitor to our unit, a young Asian House Gecko. Now we were none the wiser to their non-endemic presence and kept him for a few weeks in a make shift enclosure.

After a few weeks the little gecko had managed to escape, but the urge for more reptiles had already began. From this moment we sorted out our keepers licence and started on the quest to collect more gecko species.

Fast forward some years and we have owned close to 45 species and bred at least half of them.

Nowadays however we have a different approach to keeping our animals. Instead of having ridiculously high numbers of individuals, we have narrowed our focus down to less animals and better quality keeping.
