Introducing our new and exciting TBV Poly Wings. All the details are in the video. Introductory special of $480 per pair and will also come with a free pair of standard cups.

There is a few things that make me cranky and this is one of them. In the video you can see the free play in this shackle bolt and plate when the axle is jacked up. Parts wear out over time and that is fine. This float was inspected for registration about a week before we looked at it to carry out a check over and do some work to it. This is what makes me cranky - there is no excuse for missing this on a registration check. #tbvequestrian #teamtbv #floatrepairs

Life needs to be easy, especially when it comes to putting a tailgate up and down. We did a lot of work to this float and part of the job was to get rid of the tailgate spring and carry out a strut conversion.

We do like making life easy where we can. Do like a tailgate that doesn’t hurt your back when opening or closing it.

I have the pleasure of seeing plenty of great country and meeting many great people on my travels. Today was no exception and it was pretty cool listening to my customer playing the bagpipes as I was finishing up.

When getting off a roof always make sure the good tools come down safely.

This is the before video of the gooseneck in the previous post. This is nearly walking pace. You can see the front to back movement the hitch allows when mounted the wrong way. The water you can see is coming out of the cracks in the steel. The main supports under the nose were made from steel that wasn’t thick enough. The hitch mounted incorrectly, no break away unit and steel that wasn’t strong enough, was an accident waiting to happen when it snapped.
