🥟 Gnocchi – Grey, cream and white snuggle king. Found alone by the side of the road, this soft, doughy boy is a total snack. He’s cheeky, curious, loves a good cuddle, and gets along with every creature under the sun. He’s got a heart as fluffy as his fur.

😺 Meet Lemon, Cheato & Bronte – Ready for Adoption! 🏡
These three adorable siblings had a rough start to life, but thanks to the incredible care of Nurse Louisa, they’re thriving and now on the lookout for their forever homes 💕

🛻 Found at just 2 weeks old in a car yard, Bronte was brought in first. A few hours later, Lemon and Cheato joined her, and the next day their sibling Cruiz was found (already adopted at our recent adoption day 🎉).

👩‍⚕️ Raising four bottle babies is no small task – especially with two kids of her own! But Nurse Louisa gave them all the love and care they needed to grow into the happy, healthy kittens they are today.

Each one has their own special personality:

🐾 What a Successful Day! 🐾

Our recent cat adoption day was a huge success — we’re thrilled to share that seven of our cats and kittens 🐱 found their forever homes 🏡💖! That’s an incredible achievement and a testament to all the hard work and love poured into the event.

A big thank you to The Dex Effect 🙌 for joining us on the day, and to everyone who stopped by to show support, gave our kitties some love 💕, treats 🍖, and of course — to those who adopted! 🥰

We still have several adorable cats and kittens 🐈 looking for their forever families. You can visit them Monday to Friday, 8am–6pm 🕗.

🩺💚 Sophie’s Legacy: Honouring a Life, Inspiring Change 💚🩺

Did you know there are over 28.7 million pets in Australia, but only 15,000 vets to care for them?

Veterinarians like Dr. Sophie dedicate their lives to caring for our animals, often at great personal cost. In 2021, Sophie tragically lost her life to suicide—sparking a powerful movement to raise awareness and drive change in veterinary mental health.

Today, we’re proud to share that our practice manager Holly’s partner, Tom, is walking over 40km in just 10 hours, visiting each Greencross Vets clinic to raise awareness and honour Sophie’s legacy. 💪💚

And there’s more:
💥 The Petbarn Foundation will double all donations made through Tom’s walk, helping Sophie’s Legacy go even further!

Elfie & Zorra 😻
These two gorgeous siblings are looking for a second chance at a forever home.

Elfie and Zorra are the brother and sister of Harvey and Henry, who have already found their happily-ever-afters. This sweet duo was found on a busy work site, in danger of being crushed by machinery 🚧. Thankfully, they were rescued just in time and brought into our care. At first, they were frightened and unsure, needing time and patience to begin to show their true personalities 💛.

After spending a few months in foster care, Elfie and Zorra have returned to us and are once again looking for a home to call their own 🏡.

They’re still a little shy—especially Zorra—but their foster carer has shared that they both adore toys 🧸 and food 🍗. Elfie is a sweet, affectionate boy who has blossomed the most. He now loves pats and cuddles and even turns on his purring motor 🐾. Zorra, while still hesitant, is beginning to come out of her shell. She’s curious, comes over for a pat or a sniff, and finds comfort in her brother’s presence 💞.

Back in the clinic, both have gone a little quiet again, but we’re starting to see glimpses of the playful, loving cats we know they can be 🌟.

Elfie and Zorra are looking for a calm, patient home—either together or separately—where they’ll be given the time and space to grow in confidence and truly shine ✨.
