Our premises in Brookvale, Sydney are purpose built and brand new for all your dog’s needs and comfort. Undercover parking is available when dropping off your dog. Scruffy's is the only council approved dog daycare centre in the Warringah locality.

Our permanent grooming team aren’t just stylists, they’re confidence-builders, trust-makers and the reason your pups strut out feeling like absolute royalty.

🌟 Ayaka – 15 years of turning grooming into a calming, spa-day experience.
Her biggest achievement? Helping nervous pups find their confidence and actually enjoy being pampered.
What she wishes every pet parent knew: Grooming shouldn’t hurt or scare your dog, and she does everything she can to make it relaxing, gentle and positive.

🌟 Kiyoko – 18 years in the industry and loves every dog equally (we’re still trying to figure out how she doesn’t have a favourite).
Her proudest moment? Transforming dogs who once needed medication or muzzles into calm, trusting legends.
Her message for pet parents: Regular appointments aren’t “extra”, they’re essential for coat health, trust building, and keeping grooming a positive experience.

🌟 Yukina – 5 years in grooming and enough courage to move countries and relearn everything from scratch.
Her greatest achievement is rebuilding her career from the ground up with passion and determination.
What she wishes you knew: Your energy matters. Nervous owners often create nervous dogs, calm confidence rubs off in all the right ways.
