👉🏼 Entries are 𝙊𝙥𝙚𝙣 𝙉𝙤𝙬 via icompete & will close this Sunday 𝟮𝟰𝘁𝗵 𝗔𝘂𝗴𝘂𝘀𝘁, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱.

𝙀𝙫𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙂𝙪𝙞𝙙𝙚𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙚𝙨:
1. Two rounds of Senior and Junior youth will be held as NCHA Affiliated Youth events and conducted as per the NCHA Rule Book.

2. The Junior and Senior Champions, from the two go round aggregate score will each be awarded the Chris Baumann Memorial Scholarship of $2,000, dedicated to future education in their chosen field and can be accessed upon turning 18.

3. If a two-way tie should occur, the scholarship funds will be divided equally between the two winners.

𝙏𝙚𝙧𝙢𝙨 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝘾𝙤𝙣𝙙𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨:
a. Scholarship accounts will be managed securely by the NSW Cutting Horse Club to ensure funds are preserved until the recipient has turned 16 years old and can provide proof of;
i. Enrolment in further education past secondary school is ready to use them for education.
ii. Invoice for tools or equipment purchased to carry out trade or education.
b. Scholarship funds may be used for a wide range of post-secondary educational expenses, including:
•University or TAFE tuition
•Apprenticeships
•Accredited vocational training
•Study-related equipment (e.g., laptops or tools, pending NCHA approval)
c. Recipients may be required to provide proof of enrolment before funds are released.
d. There is no rush to use the funds—they are available until the recipient finishes school and is ready to pursue further education.
e. NSW CHC retains discretion over how and when the scholarship is released, with the goal of ensuring it contributes meaningfully to a young person’s educational path.
f. Scholarship funds will not apply to NCHA horse or rider LTE’s.

Congratulations Emma – 10 Years with TEVC! 🎉

This month we celebrated a special milestone. Emma Worth, our Head Nurse, marks 10 years of service at Tamworth Equine Veterinary Centre as part of the Scone Equine Group.

Emma was first employed as a Vet Nurse at TEVC in 2009 and continued on with the clinic when it became part of Scone Equine Group in 2015. Her dedication as an Equine Nurse is to be commended and we congratulate Emma on this career highlight.
