TRD progeny showing versatility once again, with Bobby only being broken in for 12 months they went to finals for a 3rd in the second round and a 3rd in the third round of the junior breakaway roping !

There first rodeo was in October 2024 where they got a cheque, then to Moruya for a 3rd in the ladies Breakaway and then off to finals where they had great success!

Looking forward to following this great due and there success for years to come! 🤩

🌟 𝘽𝙖𝙘𝙠 𝙩𝙤 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙘𝙖𝙢𝙥𝙙𝙧𝙖𝙛𝙩 𝙥𝙚𝙣. 🌟

A couple weeks ago 𝐓𝐑𝐃 went to work a cow for the first time since being shown one handed at St George cutting show late August.
Straight to Stroud Campdraft he went to run a 90 in the ladies for equal top score in the first round and after a run off finished 3rd place.

Bobby Rey had he’s first ever rodeo start for he’s first ever cheque.
Getting 4th in the jnr Breakaway roping at Branxton rodeo on the weekend with Connie Besant

⚡️ 𝚃𝙷𝙴 𝚂𝚃𝙾𝚁𝚈 ⚡️

Was bred by Jodi and Kerry Harrold from Emerald QLD.
Was then trained by Dan Lithgow and shown at the NCHA futurity missing out on finalling in the Open Derby by 1 point.

Purchased by myself “Jessie Britton” in 2016 as a 5yo through the Nutrien Classic sale.

I went on to lightly campdraft and snaffle bit him having no experience at cutting myself we went on to win 2 titles within a season of snafflebit cutting.
I then campdrafted him having won multiple ladies, Novice and then Open campdrafts on him, running consistent scores in the 90’s and up to 93.
Including winning he’s first open campdraft on my 21st birthday. And carrying me to be the 2020 ABCRA lady rider.

With little experience and minimal preparation in 2020 we thought we would try our hand at a couple cow horse events along the way where he was also successful winning and placing in both them.

12months ago for the first time since owning him I handed over the reins to my partner Isaac Westerhuis to take in Australia’s Greatest Horseman event in 2023 finalling and then finishing 6th amongst some of the best cow horses. Meanwhile finalling in the open campdraft the same weekend.

We then went on to think we could try to drop a hand on him to return to the cutting pen, And after 7 years campdrafting he come back in like he never left, first show back he placed in the $7,500 Non Pro!

Within a month and only days prep for all TRD done the ARBC Australia’s Greatest Horseman, Returned to the cutting pen, then went back to the campdraft arena the following weekend finalling and winning the ladies cut out. He never missed a beat!

Most recently he was the Darling Downs Cutting club $15,000 non pro reserve champion with a 219!
