🐾 Friendly Reminder About Cancellations 🐾

Hi there! Just a quick reminder that if you need to cancel or reschedule your pet’s grooming appointment, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance.
I have a very large cancellation list, and giving at least 24 hours’ notice allows me to offer that appointment time to another pet who’s waiting for their chance to be groomed and pampered. Every pet deserves their spa day! 🐶🐱💖
Last-minute cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee as outlined in our policy.

☀️ Summer Grooming Reminder – Extreme Heat Advisory 🐶

As temperatures are rising over the next few months, your pet’s safety and comfort remain my top priority. Please note:

🔥 On any day where the temperature is 33°C or higher, I may need to:

Reschedule your appointment, or
Shift grooming times to the early morning or late afternoon/evening.

My grooming trailer gets hotter than the outside air, and working during peak heat is unsafe for both pets and myself.

Thank you for your understanding and flexibility during these hotter months. Let’s keep your furry friends cool, comfortable, and safe this summer!

CANCELLATION POLICY:

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 1 day before the beginning of your appointment.
K9 Klips and Kuts – Mobile Grooming Cancellation Policy

At K9 Klips and Kuts, I operate as a solo mobile groomer, which means every appointment is carefully scheduled to make the most of my day and travel route. Last-minute cancellations can have a big impact, so I kindly ask that you respect the following policy:

Cancellations & Rescheduling:

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
* Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a **50% cancellation fee** to cover lost time and travel costs.
* If I arrive and am unable to groom your dog** due to access issues, your dog being unavailable, or behavioural concerns not disclosed ahead of time, a call-out fee may apply.

Why This Policy Matters:

As a single groomer, I can only take a limited number of appointments each day. Late cancellations or missed appointments directly affect my small business and reduce availability for other clients.

Running Late or Changes:

* If I’m delayed due to traffic or unexpected circumstances, I’ll notify you as soon as possible.
* If you need to make minor changes to your appointment time, please reach out early—I’ll always do my best to accommodate.

Difficult or Aggressive Dogs:
For everyone’s safety, it is important to disclose any history of aggression, fear, or behavioral issues before the appointment.
If a dog shows signs of aggression, excessive anxiety, or becomes unsafe to handle, I reserve the right to stop the groom immediately.
In these cases, a partial or full grooming fee may still apply depending on the time and effort already spent.
Dogs that repeatedly cannot be groomed safely may not be rebooked for future appointments.

Important Notice from K9 Klips and Kuts

Due to severe flooding in our area, K9 Klips and Kuts will not be offering mobile grooming services tomorrow. The road conditions have made it unsafe and impossible for us to leave our local town, and the safety of myself and your pets is my top priority.

I truly apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding. I’ll be in touch to reschedule appointments as soon as it’s safe to travel again.
