Long time, no see! The short story is... I'm almost done with my first semester of my PhD in Alabama! My bearded dragon passed away a month after I moved, so some of her stuff is available.

I still have my 45 gal front/top open repti zoo tank and my aqueon 75 gal tank looking for a new home! The 75 gal is waterproof and can be used as a fish tank. My 45 gal is here in Alabama and my 75 gal is in Texas. If anyone is interested in buying them, please msg me.

I can bring the 45 gal back to Texas if needed.

Fluffy pe**er farms will be on a hiatus the next 5 years. The last of my biddies left yesterday. I'm headed off for my PhD in Physical Chemistry out of state tomorrow! Fluffy pe**er farms will be back for sure, BUT I'm not sure where my new career will land me once I get my new title. I hope y'all have enjoyed all the youngins y'all have gotten from me over the past couple years. Until next time... War eagle! 🦅

Ummmm so.... The polish chicks weren't supposed to hatch until the 13th, but I walked into pipping and a chick saying hello to me at the bottom of the incubator 😆 I guess I do have a broody polish hen 😬

Whatever amount of chicks that hatch will be available all day Wednesday, and Thursday before 2 pm (maybe 5 chicks??🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤦‍♀️) Otherwise pickup will be at the earliest next Monday. The rest of the chicks should hatch June 13th and I'll have another set of 19ish hatch 3 weeks from now. My polish will be gone by next weekend, so these will be my last polish babies to hatch 😭😭😭I'm not crying... You're crying😭😭😭

In my last hatch I had soooooo many frizzles... 8 out of 14..... Basically 50% which is normal.....

IF you really want some, let me know in advance so that you'll know when they'll be ready for pickup (maybe 40 total🤷‍♀️)! Most likely still doing BOGO1/2 off sale unless you'd like to pay full price of 6$ each for my savings for moving for my PhD! Moving is so expensive... Especially 10 hours away out of state 😅

‼️ Currently all are in the process of being rehomed ‼️

My farm journey is quickly coming to an end.... I'm keeping the farm page so I can reopen once I'm done with my PhD. I'll be rehoming my polish breeding group, my call ducks (2 pairs and singles), and my two indoor bunnies. My bunnies were rescued. Maybel my female is spayed and Milo my male is neutered. They are bonded together so they must go to a new home together. I wish I could bring them with me when I move to Alabama, but my cat Oliver hates them and they will no longer have a dedicated area to themselves in my new lease. Maybel and Milo are very good with kids and friendly. If you know of anyone who made be interested in my polish breeding group (ONLY leaving as a group), my call ducks pairs and singles, or my INDOOR buns, send them my way!

I've decided to do a BOGO1/2 off sale on my chicks for my current hatch now and my next hatch on the 14th. Since they'll be too young to know the feather type, they'll all be priced at 6$ each. Whether you get a frizzle will be a surprise! I'll only be hatching until mid June so I'll only have a handful of hatches available. Get them while you can!

I have 24 polish WC blue, black, and splash chicks available. 10 are from a previous hatch, so they are a week older than the ones that hatched a few days ago. They are SR. I'll only be hatching till mid-June so get them while you can! I'll have a full head count on separate colors tonight when I get home. I know I only have 4 splash.

We had a 100 percent hatch on the last two batches. I went ahead and moved the 10 that hatched last night out today and left the three that hatched today with the new eggs in lockdown. I currently have 19 chicks, so we'll keep working our way down the list ❤️ Currently working on 4 and 5 out of 13!

30 chicks will be leaving Monday, so I'll be reaching out to the 2nd and 3rd on my list and working my way down as chicks hatch and orders can be filled.

Polish chick update: 🐣

I just added 10 more chicks to the brooder. I have some still currently hatching and 10 more eggs set in lockdown to start hatching the 28th. I currently have about 38 chicks available. 28-30 of those are going to the first person on my list which will leave about 10 or more for the second person on my list. There are 12 people total on the list now.

Be on the look out for msgs being sent through the farm page asking about interest, chick color, feather preference, and amount over the next week. If you have not msg the page before, pls do so as the page does not allow me to send you private messages.

I'm going to do a full count of chicks tomorrow and take new pictures showing some of the smooth and frizzle chicks I currently have before they leave Monday.

I know y'all wanted to see some photos of the new polish chicks that hatched 🐣 for the most part there are blue and black chicks with about 4 splash that have hatched so far. I had 7 that already hatched by the time I got home, but I had 3 more after that that needed assistance due to low humidity. 2 tried to hatch from the small end of the egg, and I was able to catch one that did but unfortunately not the other. I think I had 28/35 hatch. One died externally pipping wrong end, 2 internally pipped but never made any progress, and the other 4 looked like they did not fully develop. A lot were from my 14+ day old eggs.

The next 13 should start hatching tomorrow and I'll have more to set on lockdown the 25th. I'll start reaching out to people soon.

I'm finally headed home from Auburn after their PhD recruitment event. Look what I have waiting at home for me ❤️ my dad sent me this last night! Already one hatched, one zipping, and 1 pipping that he could see ‼️

Don't forget to get on the chick wait list if you're interested! There are currently 10 people on the wait list.

‼️For those who are already on the list, I plan on holding onto the chicks for 3 days at least, so I know how they are doing before they leave for their homes. Be expecting messages from my personal account Caitlyn Clark or the farm page as I go down the list. If you are not able to meet or something has changed and would still like chicks, you will be moved to the bottom of the waiting list and I will reach out again as soon as I have more chicks available.

‼️It is SUPER IMPORTANT that you try to brood the polish on their own or with less curious chicken breeds like silkies. Other breeds tend to pick at polish nostrils and their crowns. Their crowns are similar to a new born baby in the fact that they need to allow their skulls to harden after they are born.

All 50 of my pullets arrived healthy and happy today from hoover's hatchery. I'm glad they are all doing well cause I really need to study for my tests 🤦‍♀️😆 I'm about to pebbles in their water and give them all the food they desire. ❤️🐣🌹
