WHERE DO I FIND PICS AND PRICES AND HOW MUCH IS FREIGHT?
ANSWER-
The products I have available are all pictured in my FaceBook Shop(via the ‘Shop’ tab!), and in my photos and albums.
If you click on 'Photos' on the left-hand side of your computer screen(or up the top on a mobile device), my Albums are listed at the top.
In my 'Pics & Prices' Album, you will find pics of the playpens and other items I have for sale, along with pricing.
In the 'Happy Pups' album, you will see pictures supplied (with grateful thanks!)by our customers, of our various pens and other items in use.
There are also heaps of Reviews, many with pics, on my page under the ‘Reviews’ tab.🙂
Our Heavy Duty Playpens consist of powder-coated and galvanised steel panels, generally 800mm wide, as standard.
All panels separate, so additional pens can be joined together, or panels left off, to suit requirements.
1 x 8-Panel set(consisting of 7 regular panels + 1 puppy gate)can create a 2.4m x 800mm rectangle, a 1.6m square, and measures just under 2.5m across the middle in an octagon.
1 x 10-panel set can create an area 3.2m x 800mm in a narrow rectangle, 2.4m x 1.6m in a wider rectangle, etc.

COST OF FREIGHT-
There is a very reasonable freight charge also applicable.
Freight on most of the Heavy Duty, 8-panel pens, is around $30 within Vic, $30-$40 to most interstate postcodes.
The Deluxe, 10-Panel pens can attract a higher freight cost, due to being sourced from a unique supplier, and the 2.4m x 1.8m Enclosure with roof may also be more expensive, due to weight.
If more than one pen is required, I will offer a discount on subsequent pens after the first and also discount the freight cost on subsequent/multiple pens.

Q- WHERE DO YOUR PENS COME FROM?
Our pens and other products are sourced from a number of suppliers, in a number of states in Australia, Melbourne and Sydney the most common areas.
Most of the playpens are bought wholesale in bulk.
They are from OS, much as I would love to support home-grown, as, unfortunately, playpens manufactured in Australia will generally be at least double the prices I charge...
Due to this fact, most playpens available anywhere else are also sourced OS as it is not economical to manufacture them here.
Q- DO YOUR PENS COME IN ONLY 8 PANELS?
ANSWER-
The majority of my playpens/enclosures are available in complete sets of 8 panels, 7 regular plus 1 puppy gate and each panel is 800mm wide, as standard.
There are a couple of playpens available(600mm and 800mm tall)in 10-panel sets and there are a couple of 4-sided pens available, also.
The Deluxe pens, in either 800mm or 1.2m heights, do come in 10 x panels, as standard.
Q- CAN THEY CONNECT TO OTHER PLAYPEN SETS?
ANSWER-
Yes, you can join additional pens together to create a larger area. All panels separate for ease of mobility/transport, so you can also leave off panels, to suit requirements and configure the pens into a number of different shapes.
Q- CAN I PURCHASE EXTRA PANELS?
ANSWER-
No, unfortunately, I cannot sell only one or two panels or separate gates. The pens are available only in complete sets as it is not economical to freight only 1 or 2 panels.
It is a much better buy to purchase 2 whole sets.
Q- DO YOU DISCOUNT ON MULTIPLE PEN PURCHASES?
ANSWER-
Yes, I do offer a discount on any second pen after the first and also cap freight to most postcodes (bar to very remote areas, ie NT), please enquire for a personalised quote.
Q- HOW DO I ORDER AND WHAT PAYMENT TYPES DO YOU ACCEPT?
ANSWER-
Please message me with any inquiries and/or to place an order.
I prefer to chat over Messenger to confirm the correct height pen required for your breed and the applicable freight cost and total due.
Once you are happy to go ahead, payment is via either Direct Deposit(preferred)or PayPal and I place the order as soon as funds appear my end.
ETA is 3-5 business days and pens generally arrive quite quickly, bar times of environmental disruption(fires/floods, etc)in your area.
Freight may also take slightly longer to remote locations.
Q- HOW TALL ARE YOUR PLAYPENS, HOW DO THEY CONNECT, AND WHAT HEIGHT DO I NEED?
ANSWER-
Pen/panel heights start at 600mm tall(for small breeds)and go up to a height of 1.35m(for very tall/athletic breeds).
Most medium-sized dogs and larger dogs that will not jump or climb, suit the 800mm tall pens.
Active middle-sized dogs and larger breeds are best suited to the 1m, 1.2m and 1.35m tall pens.
The 600mm, 1m and 1.2m pens connect via stakes that can be pushed into the ground for added stability.
There is also an 800mm pen(black)available in this style.
The Deluxe pens also connect with stakes.
The silver/black vein Playpens, in 800mm, 1.1m and 1.35m heights, connect via built-on rods/threads and have rubber stoppers on the bottom to help protect floors.
These can also be used outside and are very popular for travel, dog shows, dog sports, etc.
Q- DO YOU GUARANTEE YOUR PLAYPENS AND OTHER ITEMS AGAINST DAMAGES?
ANSWER-
If an item arrives damaged, pictures will be required so I can assess whether the damage occurred during freight, or if the damage is a design or manufacturing flaw.
If your purchase arrives damaged, I will endeavor to the best of my ability to either replace the faulty part/item or offer a full or partial refund, dependant on the extent of damage and the cause.
I have several suppliers for the different pens and other items I offer and as per their policies, there is no refund offered on change of mind, or due to your dog being too large/strong for the pen.
I attempt to offer advice on pen height/weight based on experience, but cannot be held responsible if an incorrect purchase is made due to a dog’s individual strength/temperament/determination to escape confinement!
***Please note that none of the pens/playpens/enclosures that I sell are meant as permanent enclosures for your pet/s!***
