Tomorrow I'll be inoculating our first batch of mushroom growing-blocks. With a sterile environment and a bit of luck, in two weeks time we'll have over 20kg of oyster mushroom growing! 🍄

After 8 hours of sustained near-boiling temperatures, these mushroom substrate blocks have been pasteurized. This process kills any competing microbes and allows the spores free reign to colonize the grow bag :)

These blocks of substrate may look boring, but after a two week nap, each bag will be ready to fruit over 1kg of Oyster mushroom. I'll be growing Pink, Golden, and QLD White Oyster for this batch.

Hey everyone, I’ve been under the radar this last month working on an exciting project.
With this steam steriliser, we can create our own mushroom fruiting bags!
This means we’ll start stocking our very own ‘grow-at-home kits’ along with massive harvests coming soon 🍄

Our first batch of Hericium Erinaceus, aka Lion's Mane 🦁🍄
This coral-like mushroom is known for its mild seafood flavour, and neuroprotective properties!

Keep an eye out, as this will be one of our first powdered supplement mushrooms 😃

Hey folks! We had a great harvest which means we now have our first round of mushroom boxes to sell 🍄

We have the following for sale: (keep in mind I'll be doing free delivery 9am-6pm - 7 days a week 😃)

- 200g mixed box (Phoenix Oyster, White Oyster and Pink Oyster)
- 150g Pink & White Oyster box
- 150g Pink Oyster box
