DOG of the WEEK is charming boy CHUMP!

Chump is a small to medium sized very handsome Lhasa Apso x Maltese x Shih Tzu. This little guy came into our care after his previous owner had to move and sadly couldn’t take him along.

Chump will need regular grooming and ear cleaning to keep him looking and feeling his best. He’s generally good with other dogs, but is a bit too curious about cats and other small pets.

Chump would be best suited to a family with older children or a semi-retired couple who can give him plenty of love, attention and care. Chump loves being with people and has shown himself to be a cuddly lapdog who still has plenty of energy to play as well!

♥️Fantastic story of a lost cat that is now home. Felipe was missing for 45 days
His family are so happy he is back and they didn't give up looking for him😺. As well as Facebook and looking they had fantastic posters printed and these are great for people that don't use Facebook or just might not see the post.
Welcome home Felipe your story gives others hope. Cats can be missing for days, weeks, months and yes years. We know of one case the cat was found after 5 years and of course the up to date microchip was an enormous help.
It is very hard not knowing where they are and coming home isn't always the outcome 😕, but have hope when you are looking and ask for help, neighbours, humane trap, posters, letter box leaflets and Love and hope.

They can run if spooked and become disoriented and be very cautious about their way back and cautious of unknown areas and sounds, so often hide in the daytime. They can squish themselves into the weirdest places too.

You can save the design and if you don't have a printer, you can email the saved file to a shop that can print for you )

If you lost your pet, don’t lose hope. Your furry one may also be looking a way back to you

This little one came back home in the middle of the night. I made a “used cat litter trail” of Felipe's sibling's litter and made several trails throughout the weeks. Scoops of Smelly litter every 50 meters. May be that help? I don’t know. All I know he is back (a couple of kilos less though)

KODY is a gorgeous young Border Collie cross with brains to match his good looks. Found abandoned in a cane field, he’s still building his confidence — but underneath his shy guy exterior, is a clever, loving boy ready to shine.

KODY has already nailed the training basics. All he needs now is a patient person who understands working breeds and is willing to guide KODY so he can continue to build his confidence and skills.

KODY’s ideal home would be one where he has plenty of space to run, a job to do, and a loving human to bond with. Given time and TLC, KODY will become a loyal, hard-working, affectionate companion.
