The very beautiful White Dream Team Meri-Lu has come into season and is to be bred to Bjorn Bako Lord of North (frozen semen). At this stage I expect that puppies should arrive around the middle of March.
This is the last of the frozen semen that I have from Bjorn, so it has been saved for a very special girl. Fingers (and everything else) crossed for a successful pregnancy and an outstanding litter.

Food coma!!! The pups from Hooka and Pupi are almost 4 weeks old, H has been such a good Mum with the puppies but she will have her work cut out to get this lot cleaned up. I think that they are wearing as much food as they ate!

Who could resist this face??? More of the pups are heading off to new homes today however there is still 1 boy and 2 girls looking for their forever homes.

Puppies visited the vet on Thursday for their 7 week checkup and vaccination and micro chips, everyone passed with flying colours. They were so well behaved, curious but not worried by the new environment, I am really thrilled with the temperaments that these pups are displaying. There are still some female pups looking for their new homes.

Four weeks old now, we have discovered life outside the whelping box, we have mastered the art of eating without wearing too much of the food on our faces, and we are very cute!

Day 2 of offering solid food, they certainly didn’t take long to get the hang of this eating business. 3 weeks and 1 day old and fast developing into little land sharks! There are still 2 puppies available for reservation.

Two weeks old today, eyes are open and they are very mobile now, chasing Mum around the whelping box when they are hungry.

*************************UPDATE************************
Hooka has been confirmed in whelp!! The comment from the vet when I asked if she could see any puppies at the 4-week scan, was "puppies, puppies everywhere". Hooka is now nearly 7 weeks along so not long to wait, and she is looking quite large. I think it is fair to say that we have a large litter on the way.

****************************Update********************************

Hooka was bred on 24th September, so, fingers crossed, we will have puppies due around 24th November.

Now for something a little different!!!
My lovely girl Aust Ch Vonpeta Hoo Cares is finally in season and will be bred to Pupi von Neu Garmond for her first litter when the time is right. I am hoping for some really special pups from this breeding, and I am taking expressions of interest for puppies now.
Both parents have been breed surveyed and have their AZ stamps.
Everyone who meets Hooka comments on her outgoing, friendly nature. She is a confident girl, she is easy to train and is a pleasure to have around. Hopefully this will be passed on to her puppies.

Puppies are growing like weeds, their pigment is developing nicely, and they are all strong and active. Time goes so quickly, they are almost a week old.
