The ABSOLUTELY best way to get your dog to stop jumping up on you, no matter what size, or how late you start, but start now because it’s an infuriating habit that sh*ts everyone and can be unsafe for oldies and kids.
Don’t ask them to jump up. Wait till they go to do it and life your knee at the same time to push them back. Prob best if the adults do this as kids will get carried away.

Knee up as pup goes up. Gotta be quick tho.

It’ll take about 10 goes.
Practice without your dog first & get your reflexes as quick as a Matilda.

Walking on lead, second try, put the brakes on a few times. PLEASE NOTE, I’m on the road because I don’t want her walking on the grass or dirt as Parvo is very contagious, lives in the soil for up to 8 years & it’ll cost you a lot trying to survive it. I carry her across grass.
