EOI for Tink, 8yo 13.2h Gypsy Cob x QH mare

She is very sensible and easy, great to catch, lead, ride and is barefoot. Has been out to Pony Club, Adult Riding Club, Combined Training and Hickstead. Jumped up to 55cm and is very willing to try anything (we are a dressage home so don't jump often). Has more whoa than go, still a little green but would suit a child for pony club or adult looking for a safe shorter horse as an allrounder. Send me a message for more details

The good, the bad and the ugly- I like posting the whole journey!

Trinket came to us from an online auction in June 2024. She has been in very light work with Flick, getting 2 rides a week every couple of weeks and has proven to be very green but soo honest. She has given a few beginner pony rides on the lead- she loves attention and just tries her hardest. When buying a horse from an online auction you really don’t know what they will be like- but this one is a cutie!

Now that we have some saddle options that don’t come forward on her shoulders (thanks to Lucy Robins @ Danehill Equestrian) it’s finally time for me to start working on Trinkets education.

Here I am having my first proper ride on the little sweetie, being expertly instructed by Flick thanks for the encouragement and eyes on the ground 🥰 ‘the student becomes the master’ lol!

Hoping to start taking Trinket out to a few HRCAV dressage competitions once I have established some buttons and stop feeling like a beginner rider on her!

Tip- turn the sound down if you don’t want to hear me swear…

Super weekend at Equimillion for the 2024 competition. Finished in the prize money 💰 in the eventing! It was a long trip but worth it for the fun times and fantastic facilities at Sydney International Equestrian Centre.

Flick had a great ride thanks to the wonderful Miss Prose, part of the JW Equestrian services stable, maybe Jade will have one for me to ride next year 🤣.
