Sophisticated Manes Certified Feline Master Groomer 10yrs EXP, 1 of only 6 Certified Feline Master Groomers in Victoria. Good day, I am Sandi your local Mobile Cat groomer.

I have always had a passion for animals from as young as I can recall, I had a love of being surrounded by them. I searched for years to find a job I would fit into, failing time after time and hating EVERY job I landed. I discovered pet grooming in 2013 and managed to dip my toes into the industry. By end of 2014 I was fully certified as a pet groomer, while working for my mentor I opened up my v

ery first salon, but I still wasn't fully whole. One day I watched my mentor groom a ragdoll... needled to say I was immediately convinced that is what I needed to do. So, I embarked on a 4-year journey while taking on feline clients at my salon, 2018 I became a fully certified feline master groomer. Today I have the absolute honor of being, a sedation free, restraint free and energy-based, feline groomer in Australia. I now have a whole heart knowing this is where I belong, I do just love every single feline that comes into my care, I make sure that your felines are fully taken care of to the best of my ability and of course what they will allow on the day. I have the pleasure to be able to mix my job and my passion and I would not change it for the world. At Sophisticated Manes you get the full-service Love included. Thank you for reading my story. I want to take the time to thank everyone for an amazing year of clean and healthy coated felines 🥰 its been amazing helping each and everyone of them.

Ask and you shall receive. The tool I use is called a Refuresh deshedding comb and i LOVE IT! I might just even do a Christmas give away with a few of these because they truly are my favourite tool when grooming 😍

Part of why i do what i do, is because i want ALL kitties to feel amazing. The other part is helping the owners to feel the amazingness too 😊

A groomer who understands your cats needs and puts them above anything else. This sweet man was very anxious for grooming, i stopped and listened and realised that he was reacting to the clippers, i suggested to mum that instead of doing the shave downs we get him on a schedule for bathes and desheds with a hygiene clip. Since switching he has become so much more relaxed with his grooming so much that he purrs while i finish him ❤️ patience, understanding and knowledge is what is included when you come to Sophisticated Manes by Sandi.
