Been a while since a solid post so here is an update.....
I turned ZOMBIE!

I took on some great opportunities walking through facilities across Sydney. Some large, some small, all reputable and part of my hunt for picking brains of industry professionals across multiple areas of expertise.
These brains held important knowledge for growth in order to bring the best and most efficient training practices possible.
I have seen practical evolution in handler skills along with Baloo training to IGP standards.
Knowledge consumed in areas across the fields of IGP, FlyBall, Lure Coursing, Agility, Gundogs, Mondioring, Protection (police and Adf) and Welfare with veterinary behaviorists. With equipment investments, network growth and a few helping hands, WE ARE READY FOR ANYTHING.

For anyone experiencing Dog bites or behaviour issues...We work hard and we work cheap.

DONT go Mad.
Go MONGREL.

Last week, the President of the PDTA, Steve Courtney, was called upon to provide information on the inquiry into approved charitable organizations operating under the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act 1979 at NSW Parliament.

Among these organizations, the RSPCA and AWL are predominant.

It is regrettable that the general public perceives the RSPCA as the ultimate saviour of all animals.

However, this has shifted over time. It appears that their focus has shifted towards garnering donations and enforcement, which in turn generates revenue.

While this approach is not unusual for a business, it is not ideal for a government-funded charity.

The PDTA is highly concerned that the RSPCA is encroaching upon the realms of dog training and behaviour modification.

They provide guidance and direction on training methods, training aids, and tools that they have insufficient knowledge about. In the past, they have advertised nearly 70% of euthanasia in dogs that did not respond to their preferred training programs.

We strongly advise individuals to avoid following such advice, which has a high failure rate.

Rottweilers.
These majestic beasts are some of the oldest livestock guardian dog breeds capable of herding cattle. Used by the roman empire as drovers. These days in between unstable, over-aggresive bloodlines can be found companions renowned for their loyalty and calm manner while harbouring natural protection traits.
This is big money Banks. 💰
He is 3 years old and 65kg.

These 3 POWERFUL doggos were recently featured on the news for an obscure story of a malicious dog attack through house boundaries.

Not many trainers would openly step into a job after hearing a story like that, I know a fair few who would straight up refuse or require backup because of fear.

I went in alone, without judgement and worked with these rambunctious and beautiful dogs along with their loving owner who did wonderfully to broaden their understanding of pack dynamics and individual traits.
There was clear evidence of an invasion into their boundaries but we won't discuss that.
Big respect to the owner for seeking help regardless of the circumstances.
They were painted as pure villains.
That was garbage.

Known for protection with intensity.
Calm and loving family members.
Can and will throw down at a moments notice with muscular builds and THICK coats protecting their necks.

She can be considered Dangerous, but this is NOT aggresive. This is fear reactive.

Rocky is a powerful dog. Previously labelled as aggresive and reactive, he could not be handled outside without a muzzle. In one session we were able to change that.

9/10 "Aggresive" dogs are labelled because of misconceptions. When it comes to reaction and Aggression, we can help.

Often misunderstood dogs can spend much of their life under the muzzle. This leaves many misconceptions about the dog's personality at first glance.

Meeting between Boon the baby spits and Duckie the working rotty

Benji first came through with a rough history of Biting, demanding and sometimes downright sexist behaviour. He would fight the leash and pull EVERYWHERE! Now he walks lovely and could pass as a model citizen with a few cheeky quirks
