Dunkin is a Deaf, Vision Impaired, and incredibly handsome Double Merle boy who has been through so much in his young life. 💔

When Dunkin first came into the care of Hear No Evil, he was terrified of the world and desperately needed their help. They don’t know what his past looked like, but based on how fearful he was, it’s clear he hadn’t known kindness. His journey with Hear No Evil has been long and challenging, but this boy has come so far. 🧡

Despite his rough start, Dunkin is incredibly affectionate. He loves sneaking onto laps for cuddles and enjoys playing with his toys—especially his teddies, which he never damages. He doesn’t need fancy toys; a cardboard box or an empty plastic bottle makes him just as happy! His absolute favourite thing in the world is swimming, and he’s very good at it. 🌊

One heartbreaking fact about Dunkin is that he has never lived in a home. At two years old, he has only known life in pounds and kennels. He has never had a family of his own. Hear No Evil never expected him to remain with his trainer at the kennels for this long. 😢

All he needs is one person willing to give him a chance—someone to open their home and help him take the next step in his journey. They won’t say that Dunkin will be the easiest foster dog, as he has so much to learn about home life. But he will have the full support of the rescue and of Building Better Dogs every step of the way. 🥰

Marty requires a home with someone that has experience with dogs with behavioural/reactive issues that will continue his training and support him become the best dog he can be! 😍

Marty needs an active home that will enjoy taking him out on fast paced walks or runs daily to expend his energy. His current foster carer takes him to slat mill runs 3 times a week and she has noticed a big improvement in his behaviour. Marty also enjoys mental stimulation to keep his mind active so snuffle mats, lickimat and puzzles are a good way to keep him entertained. 🎓

As Marty is learning to 'dog' he doesn't quite know what to do when he sees other 4 legged-friends He has calmed his reactions down to seeing other dogs and on command will sit but does not bark. He is excited to meet other dogs and is a bit like the child in the playground that wants to go and say hi to every other kid and play with them but just doesn't know how. His current foster carer believes someone who has the knowledge and confidence to start introducing him to other dogs would help Marty make the transition to being a proper doggo! 🐶

James has two settings, chaos and asleep (he plays hard, and he snoozes even harder). With his remarkably cute face, and sweet loving manner, you'll find it hard to stay mad about the odd chewed up shoe - but the ideal home for this handsome fellow will have experience with (and resilience to) rambunctious puppy energy and will delight in finding ways to keep this curious mind busy; games of fetch, squeaky toys, and even a paddle in the pool, James just loves to have fun! 🤩

Surrendered to Gumtree Greys at a very young age, James has struggled with lameness in his rear left leg, having already been through one round of surgery which has unfortunately not worked to restore his gait to normal. He doesn't let it slow him up any, loving a good gallop around and his two walks a day. Gumtree Greys will cover initial treatment costs for his new home, and also James' adoption contract will include a desexing clause, to be arranged and covered by their organisation once he reaches 16 months. 📝

He can be independent and left home alone and be trusted with access to indoors as he has lovely house manners. 🎓
