Just got back from an unforgettable hunting trip in British Columbia, and what an experience it was! The hunt itself was challenging and exciting—tracking through dense forests, navigating rugged terrain, and staying sharp in the wild. Every day brought new challenges, from the unpredictable weather to the diverse landscapes that made each hunt feel unique. The environment was wild and untouched, with towering pines, steep mountain slopes, and deep valleys that seemed to stretch on forever. The terrain really tested our skills and stamina, but it was also what made the experience so rewarding.As for the hunting, it was incredible. We had the opportunity to track and hunt some of the region’s most elusive animals, including a mountain lion and a bobcat. Both of these hunts were thrilling and kept us on our toes every step of the way.Overall, the trip was a perfect balance of adventure, challenge, and appreciation for the wild. The breathtaking scenery and the thrill of the hunt made this experience one I’ll never forget. I did have one missed opportunity though—while tracking a lynx cat, I was just a few moments too late to take the shot. That close call has only made me more determined to return and try again. There’s something about the chase, the unpredictability of the hunt, and the chance to get another shot at such a rare animal that’s already calling me back. If you’re considering a hunting adventure in British Columbia, I highly recommend it. It’s a place that will leave you wanting more, and I can’t wait to get back out there!
