Your pets are at the very heart of everything we do, and today, we couldn't be prouder to share a major milestone with you.

We are honoured to announce that our Prahran Hospital has been reaccredited as an ASAV Hospital of Excellence. This formal recognition is a testament to the excellent standards we uphold and the innovative care we provide. Our directors, Dr. Diana Barker and Dr. Theo Lynch, are pictured proudly accepting the plaque that acknowledges this significant achievement on behalf of our entire team.

This milestone feels particularly special as we celebrate50 years of being an integral part of the Prahran community. For half a century, we've worked hard to retain the warm and familiar environment of our family-owned practice. It's a true privilege to reflect on our history of being here for pet families, by pet families.

East Melbourne and South Yarra will be closed over the long weekend. Prahran will operate on reduced hours.

We kindly ask that appointments during this time be reserved for emergencies only, so please keep this in mind if you need to book your pet in or require any food/medication orders over the next few days.

Attention all pet parents! 🐾 One of Australia’s microchip registries, HomeSafeID, has recently announced it will be shutting down, leaving microchip data for tens of thousands of pets at risk. 😟

Don’t worry - Evervet is here to help! 💙

✅ We do NOT use HomeSafeID as a registry. If your pet is registered with a different company, we can scan your pet's microchip and check which registry it’s with at any clinic! 🔍

🐾 Meet Kevin and Geoff – the two newest (and possibly most CUTEST) Doberman puppies 😍 These little rascals came in for their vaccinations and couldn’t have been sweeter.

Kevin was all smiles, while Geoff... well, Geoff gave us his classic Doberman head tilt and stole our hearts. ❤️ You know that look — when they tilt their head just right and make you forget about everything? That’s Geoff for you. 😆

Huge thanks to their family for bringing them in. It’s such a joy to see them grow strong and healthy. Looking forward to more puppy cuddles (and head tilts) next time!
