Canine tooth tartar removal..very satisfying! 🦷🤓 But that isn’t the only reason we do it. Removing tartar build up can help prevent periodontal disease and enables us to check the health of the tooth beneath. #equinedentalcare #equinedentaltechnician #equinedentistry

A little post-ride carrot stretch 🥕
The benefits of stretching our horses include:
- Improved range of motion ✅
- Improved circulation ✅
- Reduced muscle tension and fatigue ✅
- Improved general health of the muscles ✅
- Reduced risk of injury ✅
Targeted stretches can also help to rehabilitate injuries and/or weaknesses in our horses.
I try to do stretches with my horse most days. A few extra minutes to the end of our rides/exercise sessions is quite easy to commit to, to reap the huge benefits.
Who else is an avid stretcher?
