Service charges🤍

I have been abit slack lately due to alot going on in my personal life, but I am now putting my foot back down.

If you direct deposit, this now has to be done BEFORE your service. If you have not sent me a screenshot of payment PRIOR to your service I will be rescheduling your service.
I unfortunately end up spending my free time messaging people to pay. I also understand that we are only human and we do tend to forget things. This way if people pay prior to their appointments we can both stay on track.

Also please remember about the pricing. 2 dogs is $70, one dog is $40 unless I have said otherwise to you.

Just some small simple steps to make not only my life easier but my clients lives easier.

I will be sending messages on Sundays to people with their appointment dates & times for the following week. This gives people plenty of notice to pay in advance. Please make sure you send a screenshot of payment so that I can tick off who has paid please 💖

I hate to be such a negative nancy, but I also have bills to pay as does everybody. This just helps me stay on top of payments 💖💖💖

For those who don't know, my little man Bronxy hasn't been the best lately and unfortunately I will be saying goodbye to him on the 19th 💔
I will still do the best I can to get back to people's messages when I can, but I do sometimes forget especially at the moment with my head all over the place. So if I do forget to get back to you, please send me another message and remind me 🫶🏼
There may also be a day here or there where I will be struggling and will need to reschedule your appointment but I will give as much notice as possible.
I'm forever grateful for the beautiful clients I have. I cannot be more thankful for everyone who understands.

Don't forget to hold your babies extra tight and always always spoil them. They aren't with us long enough 🖤

Something so special about my job where not only do I get to pamper puppos & make them feel good, I also get to build a relationship with them & their beautiful families💖
10 years this year I have been washing Bailey. He would have to be one of the most spoilt doggos I know. I know everyone says it at one stage, but he truly was one of a kind.
2 weeks ago I gave him his last bath. Last week Bailey & his beautiful family set off to travel around Australia.
Today I got the unfortunate news that Bailey is no longer with us 😔
My heart has broken so much for his family. To say this dog ment the world to them is an understatement. He was the most loving, loyal & happy boy. He was so lucky to go travelling and camping with his humans.
Sending so much love to the Page family. My thoughts are with you guys 💖

Carrots are a cheap chew toy! And they are super healthy for our pups!
Get rid of the daily dentist stick you buy. They don't actually clean your doggos teeth. They are okay for a special treat every so often but not a daily thing.
Carrots on the other hand help clean dogs teeth, they are cheap & low in calories & fat which makes them perfect to help fill your dog up when they are supposedly ment to be on a diet 🙊
In summer time I freeze carrots and give them to my babies as chew toys. Keeps them occupied & I know that if they eat and swallow the carrots it won't cost me a vet trip 🙊😂

Last week was Bailey's last wash with me for a while as his family have packed up & are travelling around Aus! & Bailey is joining them on their big adventure 💖

Important Announcement 💔

K9 Rescue group wishes to inform you of the current predicament that we are experiencing. With surrenders at an all-time high, the build of the new kennel block and vet costs per month on average at around $10,000, our finances have taken a massive hit. 📉

As a dog rescue our major cost are in our Veterinary fees which comprise over 35% of the total running expenses of our shelter. So far in 2024 our veterinary costs are just over $94,000, expected to be over $112,000 by June 30th 2024. At this rate and without an injection of funding, it is looking as though we may need to close our doors in the foreseeable future.

Please be aware that K9 have extremely generous support from our vets at Halls Head Small Animal Clinic and they support K9 by giving us an extremely generous discount. The big cost are the medications and surgeries needed...please be mindful of this...K9 now needs the community especially our business leaders to get involved.

This would be catastrophic for the Peel region who along with the rest of Perth are experiencing a huge spike in surrender requests for unwanted and displaced dogs (there are 90+ on our waitlist). Sadly, we are not immune to the current economic crisis facing our community, with escalating costs and a major reduction in our donations (down 17.5% v 2023) 😭

Without the community’s help of ongoing donations, bequests and volunteering we physically cannot continue. Our vet bills are higher than ever with dogs coming in with existing issues. Without your help won’t continue to exist.

K9 Rescue Group (Inc.) is now facing an immediate need for significant sponsorships and donations to be raised for veterinary costs. Without substantial support within the next 4 months, the organisation's closure becomes a very real possibility.

We have opened an account for funds to be donated into specifically for veterinary costs, these details can be found below.

Since K9’s inception it is estimated that over 16,000 dogs have been rescued, sheltered, provided with veterinary services including the treatment of injuries, medical conditions and de-sexing and finally re-homed.

K9 Rescue Group (Inc.) are currently the only organisation servicing the Peel and Rockingham area, if we are unable to find funds to continue on this will be catastrophic for all of the displaced dogs needing new homes in that area. It will also create a domino effect other rescues as they will need to find space to rehome all of the dog’s that we currently house along with the many dogs in the Peel area waiting to be rehomed. 💔

This pretty little girl is looking for a new home due to no fault of her own. Her owners have asked me to keep an eye out for someone loving who will give her the time of day & pamper her like the princess she is ❤️

Cara is fully vaccinated & desexed. She is 4yrs old. She is social with people and most dogs. The beach is her favourite & she also loves throwing the ball around. She has to go to home with people who have time as she needs to be walked and played with. Her owners who love her very much will be picky as she does deserve only the best.

This is a private rehome & NOT through a rescue or myself. I am simply just trying help out Caras family who are long term clients of mine.
