Lots of exposure to scary things for our young horses.
Colbrook park horses get a lot of exposure to a rather wide range of things…. Last week it was the grader building the driveway into the indoor. Kids whizzing around on motorbikes and push bikes, tractors of all shapes and sizes, trucks and trailers, excavators and skid steers, mowers, cattle, sheep, dogs, they pretty much have to put up with it all.
We have videos of our foals sound asleep while Tip Trucks, Skid Steers and Excavators were hard at it doing the site works for the indoor right next to them.

Poor fella has no grinding teeth, so he does it a bit tough out in the paddock, we keep him on the short green grass which he can manage. With good management and a bit of TLC and he is still thriving and getting his 2 ladies in foal first cycle.

She was feeling fresh and having a ball playing around last night, so I took a few videos to share.
She is big and so well balanced! She moves so effortlessly, her big elastic trot with that amazing hock action is what dreams are made of.
She has the sweetest most inquisitive nature and that gorgeous little face.
Meg will be broken in later this year and I am very very excited to have her under saddle. The prospects are endless for her future.
Colbrook Raiyne- still loves to run. She is so light on her feet and oh boy does she have that massive trot like her Mumma. 😍
