We will be resuming the Horses Helping Humans programs, from Tuesday 9th January 2024, after a much needed break for both horse and human 😊

A massive thankyou to Mt Garnet Turf Club for enabling us to do paid work, on the race days and raise money to replace scammed funds for our charity,
Horses Helping Humans Atherton Tablelands. This program is an intervention and communication program for disadvantaged youth and adults in our community.

What a wonderful life giving outcome!
Pierre helped Trish learn to set healthy boundaries, how to say 'no' and what that looks like. How to release nervous energy and gain an appetite (rest and digest) NOT (fight and flight). How to centre and focus, not dissassociate.
To become an amazing, calm, confident, respectful leader with improved self worth and having her words heard!!
So proud of and pleased for you Trish with all you've achieved, epic!

Did you know of the Certified, Internationally recognised, Horses Helping Humans program that is available locally?

Wendy, our certified facilitator uses specially trained horses to help clients learn about energy, managing adrenaline and body language awareness (what we project). Also, how to breathe mindfully, reduce stress
Build confidence, reduce reactivity and learn about conditioned responses for our personality type and how to manage them.

Outcomes: improved mental and physical well being, enhanced communication skills, greater resilience and coping skills for life!

Do you know about the service being offered to the community? The Horses Helping Humans Program is a revolutionary approach to mental health available locally.

The community can access this three week program to learn, emotional regulation, effective breathing techniques, plus personality profiling, while learning the basics of natural horsemanship. Based on mutual respect between horse and handler. Building rapport with our equine friends helps to develop confidence and understanding 🐴
