My name is Finn, and I'm a 17 week old kelpie. I'm the new member of the team.

Bookings open on Monday and I know it's popular. If I was taking my dog I'd book the final session. ( obviously I'm not taking Indie, because it would be too much for her)

Dog Day @ Eureka is COMING SOON! 🐾

Celebrate the end of the outdoor pool season at Eureka and join us for our hugely popular Dog Day pool party!

We've added 3 time slots this year to make sure all doggos get the chance to have a splash!

Date: Monday 21st April 2025 (Easter Monday)

Today I created a "Leave it" game for Rex, the Australian Terrier. Rex lives on a rural property, and a few weeks ago he found a snake to play with. Luckily Rex is unharmed, but the poor snake didn't survive. To reduce the chances of Rex repeating this trick, we are working on Leave It. We made the pink toy very high value and sometimes he was allowed to play with it, sometimes he had to leave it. There were other toys, and a dish with a couple of treats in it. The other toys were part of the game, and the treats were an absolute No ( until the lesson was done, and I handed them to him on my terms).

This is Billy. He had a bad experience with a stranger dog back when he was a puppy. We have been working hard on his obedience, manners, and reactivity to dogs. Today he showed just how far he's come. Good boy Billy.

You can use items in your home to create puzzles and enrichment toys.

Beginner Class worked on some close quarters heeling today. One of these dogs is training to be a Therapy Dog, the other is on the path to being an Assistance Dog. Both of them need to be able to resist distraction and work up close to people and other dogs. Thank you Angela for the video.

Casual Saturday group did very well today. A couple of dogs attending have some issues around other dogs, but everydoggy worked well and nobody cried.
