When Buying A Puppy...
I think the attached pretty much sums it up please have a good read (care of Bxact Staffords)
Things to note...
I CAN’T STRESS THIS ENOUGH make sure the breeder is ACTIVELY involved in an ANKC activity - Conformation Showing, Agility, Obedience, Flyball (and can prove it as a lot say they are but certainly are not)- anything that indicates that they give back to their chosen breed is a good indication they are not breeding for profit.
The most you should pay is $2,500.00 for a WELL bred, HEALTHY Pedigree papered Staffordshire Bull Terrier no matter what colour, if it is more than that then I would look elsewhere as they are greeders not ethical breeders IMO and if they ask for a non refundable deposit or for a deposit on an unborn puppy also look elsewhere
If you have already been scammed there are avenues to get your money refunded and they will be fined as there has been many successful civil law suits to date
one just recently click on link -

If you go to view the puppies and they look sickly or injured then DO NOT take the puppy, you can view without buying
So you've started your search for a new addition to your family and it can be daunting there's lots of adds with a variety of 'terms' used. They sound impressive but what dose it all mean, what are you really paying for and does price always reflect quality?
