We’ve welcomed little Henry to our pack. Born 15th September.

Sophie and Rogue are learning to be the best fur siblings. They are a little stressed but getting better everyday

I have recently made the decision to step back from markets. This is due to the pending arrival of our baby boy in September and the difficulties I’m having with setting up and packing down the stall. Whilst I love running the market, the health of me and my baby comes first.

We will still be here on Instagram and Facebook for any of your enrichment needs and look forward to getting back into markets later this year or early 2024.

PSA FOR PET CHRISTMAS PRESENTS!!! -

If you are wrapping presents for your pet to put under the Christmas tree be sure to keep these things in mind:

- use minimal tape, none if possible, or use a paper based tape on your wrapping paper, the plastic tape is difficult for stomachs to break down whereas paper will break down easier. It is a bit of a messier wrap but your pet won't mind.

- if you are giving things to your pet to rip open remove all tags and pieces not suitable for them prior to wrapping. This saves you having to take it away from them to do this.

- don't give them anything to tear open that you don't want possibly torn as they open it, e.g, the box for the item if wanted for storage. I use the Stockings for these items.

- use empty boxes and add treats, toilet rolls and scraps of wrapping paper (wrap the treats in the paper) then wrap the box. This becomes a fun enrichment activity to keep your pet busy during festivities.

- if wrapping treats be sure to keep these presents where your pet can't get to them before you want them to.

- MOST IMPORTANTLY - Supervise your pet! If you haven't done this before with your pet, full supervision is required. Otherwise supervise to your pets habits.

(I think I'm in trouble 😆 too many doggy smells on me Thank you for a fantastic day at @carseldinefarmersmarkets despite the rain. We will be back on the 23rd of July for both the day and night markets.

An enrichment box such as this can be made at home using recycleable materials (boxes, paper, toilet rolls, etc). These enrichment boxes encourage channeling canine typical behaviours into positive outlets. For example, foraging, hunting and digging. Providing your pups with a positive outlet for undesirable behaviours such as chewing and digging can prevent your pet turning to negative outlets such as, gardens, shoes and other household items. *Enrichment boxes should be moderately supervised and minimal (preferably no) plastic, tape, etc.
