Gina from Canine Massage WA will coke to your home, give your dog a nice sports/therapeutic massage and an honest report on any ‘icks’ she found or may see in the future.

My young dogs see Gina so I can grow them right, my older dog sees Gina for rehab on a sore back (yes yes I need to book it’s been a while)

Well being is holistic so in a world of preventive measures why not give your dog the added bonus of you knowing how to manage their bodies!!

Or a stiff older dog may enjoy a therapeutic release of muscle tension, working or sports dogs can be advised where to build areas to cope with what we are asking of them.

2 YEARS OLD TODAY!!

Today marks the official 2nd birthday/ anniversary since Urban Wolfe started!!

Thank you so much to the mini village that pushed me into it, the amazing clients I have met along the way and the friends we have made in our journey to creating ambassadors for the breed of Rottweilers (and a handful of other breeds).

The most beautiful thing is seeing our little community of owners and dogs enjoying life to the fullest with well mannered canine companions!

Keep up the good work everyone you all make me very proud

Easter hunt tomorrow!!

Bring 2 x your own toys/items for your dog to ‘hunt’ for.

I will have plastic eggs x 1 each for you to put your dogs food in for the hunt so make sure you bring something you think your dog will find fast!

The classes will run as usual times are below - part of the class will be the hunt.

8am - baby dawg
9am - level one
10am - level two
11am - level three

I get told to act more professional on social media all the time. I have rough edges I show the stuff ups I don’t doctor videos, I swear and pull funny faces - I don’t wish to polish all that and be obligated to looking good on internet dog training - I do not believe in training online in most cases.

I do not have a million bits of academic pieces of paper to say I can train a dog - I come instead with 2 decades of hands on watching and feeling dogs - can’t learn that on the internet and can’t learn that via academics.

Life skills and life experience with proven result after result after result is what I offer.

Look around at various trainers, see what they do in real life, are they actually getting results or talking academic hogwash to excuse or explain away their failures.

Have they achieved a good outcome with client dogs that are having similar issues to you, are they experienced with your breed.

Most importantly are their own dogs how you would want your dog to be?

If no then walk away if aren’t able to see their work in real life and only on videos and reels walk away.

There are two very big sides to types of trainers
1) hands on experience
2) internet and social media experience

Always do your research 👌

Side note - yes all trainers need to start somewhere uys the attitude that makes or breaks them - are they prepared to put in the many free hours to grow their own toolkit of experience or do they want to make a few fancy reels and say how amazing they are.

Some trainers can do both - it’s not about how many videos uys about the quality - you need to ask - is that really how it went or edited to the high heavens????

As you all know I insist you all muzzle train your dogs. Doesn’t mean you have to use it however it’s a life skill that can make their future more pleasant around any injury or illness as a lot of Rottweilers don’t like the vet. Or in case a ranger has to pick your dog up due to a fence blowing down or other incidents.

Fire in Australia is real, rescue centres in emergency will require your dog to be crate trained and possibly muzzled.

So there are many benefits from giving your dog the skill of muzzle training from young 👌👌
