Four Paws Day Care Club - Membership Rules

Due to the high demand for day care spots, we have found it necessary to put some formal rules around how we operate our regular day care service (Day Care Club). These rules are intended to help us to offer the best possible service to as many customers as possible.

Thank you for working with us as we introduced the new rules - after discussion with our lovely customers we have introduced some flexibility which has been added to the rules:

1. We have reserved one or more ongoing spots for you every week throughout the full day care period (excluding public holidays). We expect that you will use the spot; we will have turned other dogs away.
2. You will incur fees (at the Day Care Club rate) for the days that have been allocated to you. We prefer that fees for the week be paid on Monday in advance to our bank account (see below).
3. If you do not attend for whatever reason then you will still incur the fees.
4. If you do not attend a certain day on 3 occasions then we will speak to you about whether you still require it. We have a long waitlist of dogs who would love to take it.
5. If you need to move your attendance from an agreed day of the week to another day in the same week then we will try to accommodate you. You must provide at least 48 hours notice and will of course be subject to availability. This facility is intended to be used on infrequent occasions only.

Four Paws Day Care Club

The Four Paws Day Care Club is available for dogs who come one or more times every week during NSW school term times.

The Day Care Club offers Members several benefits:
1. A guaranteed spot for agreed days of the week during NSW term times (excluding public holidays);
2. A discounted rate for the agreed days of the week;
3. Priority access to boarding bookings (subject to availability).

In return, we expect you to pay for the agreed days of the week even if you decide not to come for whatever reason.

We also would prefer if you set up a bank transfer for the weekly amount on a Monday as this will streamline how we track your payments.
