I highly recommend booking your next 2 appointments to avoid missing out.

Due to an injury we are no longer taking any new dogs over 15kg.
We will still be doing our current large breed dogs.

As of 2022 we require all dogs to come every 8 weeks or less.

Hey everyone!

Unfortunately we have received a large number of last minute cancellations, and many clients on our wait list have missed out as it has been such late notice.

Going forward we will no longer accept new clients to book online - only current clients.

All NEW CLIENTS will need to text 0466445512 to make an appointment and a 50% deposit will need to be paid. This will be non refundable if any cancellations are made within 24hrs of your appointment.

This time of year is extremely busy for groomers and we are trying to do our best to fit everyone in as well as not over work ourselves.

Please be nice and respectful.

If you are rude to me or my staff it will result in your appointment being immediately cancelled or we will not book any future appointments for you.

We are a very small business trying our hardest to make everyone happy.

I want to thank all of my current and long term clients. You are all amazing and one of the reasons I love grooming.

Hi everyone

Just a little reminder to be on time or early to your appointment!
We are trying our hardest to fit as many doggies in as a lot of them are overdue however if you run 5-10 minutes late it’s makes us run behind on every appointment for the rest of the day.
If you haven’t been to our salon before please allow for extra travel time incase you get lost.
Thank you to all the clients who are always on time. It helps our day run smoothly.
If you are more than 10 mins late, your appointment will be cancelled and a fee of the full service will be required.

Tobi 🐾 He was very nervous with the dryer the first time he came to The Pet Lounge. We slowly introduced him to the dryer on a low setting and also allowed him to air dry to reduce his stress. He came in this week and we introduced the dryer again on a low setting. He was much more comfortable and we were able to dry him with no air drying 🎉 We don’t expect your dog to be perfect, their first visit they may experience more stress as it’s a new place, new people and we need to gain their trust. 🥰

Benji ❤️ He was the reason I decided to start grooming! I always wanted to work with animals, I had finished year 12 and thinking of becoming a vet nurse. His previous groomer moved away and his mum asked if I would be interested in grooming him. Not long after that I was working for a salon learning to groom. Now it’s been 3 years and I absolutely love what I do 🥰
