This is Bill the tree climbing kelpie. His story started when his home was being renovated and workers would relax under a Jacaranda tree. One day he spotted a lizard scaling a tree and the workers cheered him on. The rest is history and from that day onwards, the fork in the Jacaranda tree became his gazing place.
