Re: Sale of Flea Circus Pet Supplies
After more than ten wonderful years as the owner-operators of Flea Circus Pet Supplies, Jo and I have made the decision to sell the business. On December 2nd, 2024, Vraca Willis Pty Ltd (trading as Flea Circus Pet Supplies) finalised the sale of the business to Eastern Distributors (ACN 050 238 474).
This new chapter will bring exciting opportunities, with Eastern Distributors providing greater resources and investment to expand the business. Their support will allow for enhanced service, a broader product range, and a continued commitment to serving the needs of pet retailers and related businesses across Australia.
We’re pleased to share that we will remain involved during the transition to ensure a smooth handover. Additionally, the Flea Circus sales and support team you know and trust will continue in their current roles with the new owners.
To streamline order processing and shipping, the warehouse will relocate from Yennora, NSW, to Eastern Distributors’ facility in Dandenong, VIC. This move will occur throughout December, and steps have been put in place to avoid any disruptions to your supply chain. This means you can continue ordering as normal with Flea Circus during the warehouse move.
For any orders placed on account before December 2nd, please process your payments as normal into the account details provided on your invoices.
In the coming days, a member of the Eastern Distributors team will be in contact to discuss any changes that may be required.
