Queensland Police: Police are investigating the alleged theft of a brown and white Clydesdale X, C**t from a property on Queens Road on Friday January 6. Investigations indicate the horse was stolen between 5am and 7am. Detectives are investigating a number of leads, including if the horse was walked down Loganlea Road, before being loaded onto a horse float. Police would like to speak to anyone who may have witnessed the horse in the area or who has information on the whereabouts of the horse. Police are also appealing to anyone who may have dashcam footage of a horse float on Loganlea Road on January 6 between 5am and 7am.

Posting for a friend who doesn't have facebook.

It is with a heavy heart that I need to find my sweet boy a new home. Due to a family breakdown, I need to downsize in my pets.

Meet Starlight. A stunner 15 year old gentle 16.1hh Fleabitten Grey Standy Gelding. He is a Jet Laag baby. Barely had a race life. He is an intelligent boy, forward moving. Not a bad bone in him. No buck or bite. Has lots of potential for any discipline. I started doing lessons with him but was unable to commit to our lessons due to the massive change in my home life. In saying that, you can chuck a saddle on and jump on and go without a drama.
Has had his teeth floated in August last year, always up to date with trimming, worming etc. Easy to do anything with. Floats well, can bath and clean his hooves with no problems. Is a bit unsure and takes some time getting used to his person, but once he does hes amazing.
Best of home only. Regretful sale but hes going to waste in the paddock. I want him to go to someone who will put him first, spend every day with him and give him the life he deserves.

Taking expressions of interest for Oliver.

He is a 4 rising 5-year-old 14.2hh (approx) riding pony, professionally broken in at the age of 3 who has been brought along slowly since. Oliver has a beautiful temperament and is happy to stand there all day being groomed, he has a very laid back type of attitude and is eager to please. Ollie has extremely good breaks, being a young horse he can have still have green moments but nothing nasty. He has 3 lovely paces and is very soft in the mouth.
Oliver would make an ideal all-rounder with the right work or excel in a chosen discipline.
He has been out of work recently but will be in full work prior to sale. Oliver can be a little unsure with new people but settles fairly quickly once he knows them. Due to him still being young and green he is will only be sold to an experienced and knowledgeable home to properly continue his education and development.
Genuine interest only as this is a very difficult decision due to full-time uni/work commitments.

We recently had the privilege of providing care for one of the largest groups of pets we have had.... so far.... 😉

We had the pleasure of looking after 15 horses, 3 dogs, 2 sheep & 1 lamb, 1 goat kid, 2 guinnea foul, 1 cat, 1 bird and numerous chickens and ducks out at Allenview. It was awesome! 😁

Rain or shine.... care is always given.

We have LOVED the rain we're getting at the moment, it has been a LONG time coming with empty tanks, dusty ground, brown grass and dry wind. The moisture in the air, puddles and wet ground are a welcome change.

These 3 beauties are our regular ongoing care client's, we feed, water, rug and clean out stables for these gorgeous geldings nearly every day each week and we love it!!

Just love to see the wildlife during our care visits. We are very well aware that during the warmer months snakes come out to do their natural thing and we are entering their environment - we take great care to be aware of our surroundings to ensure our own safety and that of the wildlife who are just going about their day. 🐾💕🐾💕

Unfortunately, Dusty (the beautiful old black girl with Shannon) has since passed away earlier this year, 😢 we miss her happy face and funny slow walk. Our deepest sympathies and thoughts go to her family 🙏

We recently had the pleasure of hosting this gorgeous little girl - Esme the Aussie Bulldog whilst her family were away. She was such a joy to have stay with us and is of course welcome back at any time.

Esme stayed with us whilst we had 3 rescue foster puppies staying with us until they were ready for their new homes, she decided they were hers to look after and instead of sleeping in her own bed, decided that she would rather sleep with the babies as, of course, they were now hers

Are you going on holidays and need someone to watch over and care for your babies in their own environment or in ours? Do you need someone to keep an eye on your house, collect the mail and put the bins out for you while you're on your adventure? Perhaps you just need a bit of extra help here and there... Well we're here to help!

We have had animals most of our lives including, dogs, cats, fish and horses! We are a husband and wife team who live on 3 acres, we have dogs and agist horses on our property (chickens are next to join our family). We have cared for all different types and sizes of animals, different sexes and different personalities. We're not afraid to get our hands dirty and are happy to do whatever is needed to get in and get the job done.

Together we have a number of years experience caring for all sorts of horses - mares, geldings, colts & stallions and have great contacts on hand in the case of an emergency and your preferred contact isn't available.

We have also provided care for cows, goats, ducks and chickens along with dogs and cats, we have had up to 4 cats at a time so we know a bit about being crazy cat people lol. We have cared for and owned all sorts of different breeds including bulldogs, bull terriers, beagles, mastiffs, jack russells etc... we also foster rescue dogs before they go to their new forever home.

The services we provide for your pets if staying in their own environment include:

- Daily visits to your home up to twice a day.
- Feeding all animals
- Full care of horses needs (feeds, water, brushing, rugging, ointments etc...)
- Dog walking, feeding, cuddles and care
- Full care of cats, fish & birds.
- Putting the bin out and bringing it back in as needed.
- mail collection daily

All animals stay where they are comfortable, in their own home and environment, reducing any stress on you while you're away giving you peace of mind they are safe and happy at home.

We also provide care at our home for dogs and horses only. All dogs are properly introduced on neutral ground before coming onto our property to help ensure healthy relationships and good play. We keep an eye on things during the day as well to make sure everyone is enjoying themselves and respecting each other.

If you need anything else done please feel free to ask, we are here to take away any worry or concerns for your home or pets while you are away.

We provide holiday care for regular clients on numerous occasions, one of which we care for 3 horses 6 dogs, 1 cat and 2 birds all at the one property at the same time for both short and extended periods.

Pricing is based on individual needs so please contact us to find out what we can help you with. Our minimum charge is $40. We prefer to meet you and your animals before committing to anything so that we are all comfortable.

We are located in Jimboomba and are happy to travel up to 40mins each way twice a day without additional charge for travel. Care locations further than 40mins away are still welcome, however we may need to add an additional charge for travel.

All pet supplies - feed, rugs, collars, leads, water etc... are to be provided by you.

We are a knowledgeable team when it comes to animals and anything we don't know we will research until we better understand the situation or behaviour and can respond in an appropriate.

We are true believers that all animals should be respected and do not condone negatively reinforced behaviour management.

We look forward to being able to provide you with peace of mind while you are away :)
