Meet Tommy! He may look big and scary but he’s really a total softie. He bounces like a kangaroo when he sees me and runs out to my trailer and jumps straight into the bathtub. He sure does love his baths! And I sure do love bathing him, even though he sheds a small dog’s worth of fur every time 😂🤣😂

Undoubtedly, the hardest part of my job is when the pups I bathe and groom cross over the rainbow bridge. I know I don’t spend as much time with them as their owners do, however, I do get to know them, earn their trust, play and bond with them, and it breaks my heart when they pass. Recently I’ve lost four pups, who I have been working with for a long time, and I just wanted to take a moment here to acknowledge their lives and say goodbye. Bailey, Egg, Faith and Pooch, you were the best boy and girls, I loved caring for you and the time we spent together, you were cheeky, playful, sensitive and loving. I miss you, may you rest in peace ❤️

Meet Ginny! She is an adorable bundle of energy who thinks I’m the bees knees and I must admit I feel the same way about her. She loves her grooms and bounds out to my trailer, leaps inside and onto the table, ready to go. She knows when it’s business time, though, and does her best to stay as still as possible; a difficult task when you’re naturally as bouncy as a Tigger on red bull 😂 She is an absolute delight and I always look forward to our time together 🥰
