Hey everyone. The garden is pumping so I will be taking pre-orders with 10% deposit for balanced raw barf + suppliments. For delivery next Thursday. Meat will be salmon, roo, beef, eggs and bone broth. 300gm packs $9, 500gm $14 and 1kg packs $26. Vegetables, bone broth, suppliments and egg for those would would like to add to kibble or their own meat scource will be $8/300gm, 13/500gm 25/1kg
Prices are high due to the labour intensive aspect of growing, sourcing, storing and putting everything together. But we believe we have the best possible product available for your pets. Fresh, local, chemical free and human grade or free range (in the case of the roo however we do have a supplier lined up for human grade roo once we get the ball rolling a bit).
We won’t be offering cat food just yet, but can offer a taurine supplement if you would like to add our doggie barf to mix with half your cats other favourite meat to see if they like it.
Due to running another business (Tassie Seeds) we are going to start this one really simply with just 1 recipe offering per fortnight with a ‘balance over time approach’. I have lots of big ideas to move forward with but need start small due to time constraints. I just need people to try our great product, get onboard with feeding raw and enjoy the changes in their pets health. We will also offer 50 gram Golden Paste for $5 to help with joint and aging issues. This amount should be sufficient for 2-4 weeks depending on the size of your hounds.

We are now selling nutrient dense, balanced raw food meals for dogs and cats using the Barf method prepared by a qualified chef in accordance with AFFCO nutritional standards. We use quality ingredients, human grade meats and fish along with wild caught venison and roo and eggs. Bended together with a broad range of vegetables, herbs & fruits from our chemical free market garden as well as various nutritional aids like kelp, coconut oil, goat milk powder, pysillium husk, kefir, sprouted grains and legumes, spiralina, h**p and bone broth.

* all meals come frozen as legislation requires offal to be frozen for 48 hours prior to feeding to pets (an old rule to reduce risk of hydatid from offal - which has not be detected in Tas for years but its a precautionary rule :)

For dogs: 60% Meat, 10% minced bone, 10% offal and 20% vegetables fruit and herbs plus extras.
For cats: 70% protein, 15% bone and 5% veggie mix

We also sell vegetable and bone broth blends to add to existing diets which add fibre and nutrients to help create a healthy microbiome in your pets gut. Also golden paste, ailment boosters, and weekly specials of baked and icy treats focusing on ingredients from our garden and nutritional supplements

This week's barf blend: Human grade salmon, chicken and lamb with wild caught venison. Includes spinach, celery, kale, silverbeet, red and orange carrots, brocolli, yellow beet, apple, pineapple, bok choy, pumpkin radish, garlic and sprouted grains. Our blended Veggie, sprout, fruit and herb mix with added bone broth. We add this to our protein mix but it can also be purchased for those who have other sources of protein and need a healthy nutrient dense source of fiber, nutrients and minerals.

Sprouted Organic Grains & Legumes - for bio available proteins, vitamins, minerals, enzymes and probiotics with an explosion of good bacteria for their gut. The nurtitional value is many time greater than the original seed/grain. Did you know that wheat and barley are considered gluten free until they produce seeds! Adding all the goodies of our meal plans adds to the gut microbiome which may help to strengthen immunity to disease.

Our veggies in this weeks mix, also added red cabbage and pineapple. Unlike supermarket veg, it's not perfect or beautiful buts it's nutrient dense due to the hard work we put into our organic and compost rich soil. It's also chemical/pesticide free so those nasty toxins aren't going into our pets bodies. As best of all it's freshly picked. less than an hour from harvest to our meals before freezing 😃
