Payment Policy starts NOW!!
Non-Refundable Deposit.

It’s very unfortunate that I now have to ask for this but my time is precious and fuel isn’t cheap, it’s very disappointing when I travel 100s of KMs to have people cancel the night before there appointment. Bookings are done at least 3 weeks prior, and confirmation is sent a week prior to the booking.

PAYMENT POLICY:
Dental work can only be paid for using cash or card on the day of treatment.(Eftpos fees apply 1.8%).

Your card details must be provided to confirm your booking. A non-refundable Deposit will be taken.

NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT:
You will be required to pay a non-refundable deposit of $50/horse to confirm your booking. This will be taken off the final bill.

You will receive an electronic dental record and a tax invoice via email.

Automatic reminders for follow up procedures are emailed via the Pimbury Dental App.

Thank you to all those who communicate and attend their appointments, your time is also appreciated.
