So many heartbreaking stories out there of people who adopted labradoodles from the Epping Forest business only to find they have serious health issues.

When Mary purchased a labradoodle in Tasmania, she didn't expect to feel like she was rescuing him. She also didn't expect the health conditions that would follow.

Good Afternoon, it’s Paul and Tracey from the Green Bean Cafe. This evening, with this stunning weather we are holding our Community Dinners between 6pm and 8pm, we at the Green Bean will be serving meals at the Red Dove Cafe (Paterson Street Launceston) to those who are less fortunate and struggling to make ends meat. They can come to us have some nice healthy food and a hot or cold drink and just relax and have a chat. So, if you know someone who is less fortunate or struggling with life, let them know about tonight. This week we are having Oven Baked Sausages in Onion Infused Gravy (you like that) and Roasted Vegetables, and you know the one rule, come in with a smile. Have a great week everyone and don’t forget giving someone a smile goes a long way to brighting their day.

As well as a pet minder and vet nurse, I also teach Egyptian Style Belly Dance. I have two courses coming up in Launceston. Egyptian Style Belly Dance classes
Beginning in February on Tuesday nights.
6pm - 7pm will be Beginners. Suitable for those who are trying belly dance for the first time and those who have done a beginners class before but haven't moved on to the next level yet. Classes will focus on correct posture and creating a movement repertoire. Choreography included.
7pm - 8pm will be Post Beginners / Intermediate. This class is suitable for students who have done 12 months of dance and are not yet ready to move on to intermediate level. I also invite Intermediate students to attend this class. If there are enough intermediate students, I will create a separate class on another day for next term. Classes will focus on transition moves, fine tuning technique and more. Choreography included.
Courses will run for 8 weeks Feb 13 - April 2, 2024. Cost is $140. Payments must be made by Feb 6th.
Payments are not refundable (unless a course is cancelled by Zahira) but students can make up for a missed class by attending a class in the other course if they wish.
Venue: Guide Hall in Paterson St.
To enrol, contact Zahira - 0418 139 826 / or via the Zahira's Belly Dance Bazaar page.

I hope everyone is having a great 2024. I had intended to write a new year's message on the page but I became ill on Dec 31st and spent Jan 1st on the couch. Jan 2nd was better but I was also very tired. Guess I had too many rich foods over the Christmas break. The year can only get better for me! LOL. I hope it keeps getting better and better for you too.

18/12/2023

Bookings for Dec 26th are now full. There is one spot left for Dec 24th and 25th.

"UNRESOLVED"

STILL MISSING: 3/12/2023

JERRY IS LOST 😢
Our old soldier Jerry Springer has been missing since Thursday morning.
We have searched and searched and called and called but we fear he may have gone for the last long hunt.

If anybody in the Glengarry/Exeter area sight him please let us know.
We have checked all neighbouring fences to see if he has been strung up but there is no site of him. He is microchipped and desexed
