Thank you to all who have already purchased tickets. We are now at capacity and want to ensure we have enough space in the hall.
(Contact any of the SAWG committee members if you are desperate for any last minute spare tickets.)

Teams will be grouped in 7-8 members per table. Please come early if you’d like to purchase a meal at the bistro beforehand
We would like to start on the dot at 6:00pm so please be punctual.

Are we RRRRREADY to rumble, trivia team players?? 🥊 😜

Some important things to take note of:

* Doors open at 5:30pm. 🚪
We would like to start the trivia rounds at 6:00pm. ⏰

* Car parking is available behind the venue 🚘 (drive to end of Castle Street and entrance to car park will be on your left.) A few spaces are available in the front for mobility parking. Please enter via the main sliding glass doors.

* Register at front desk with your full name to be marked off the list ✍️

* Bistro will be open during the event for hot meals and snacks (please see copy of menu below) 🍟 🍔 🌯🍗

* Non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks available at the bar 🍺🍷🥃🍹

* Dessert plates will also be on sale 🍰 🧁

* Entertainment during breaks 🎤 🎶 🕺

* Raffle tickets on sale and will be drawn on the night, lots of prizes on offer 🎁 🎟️

* A big variety of items will be on show in our silent auction 🖼️ 🎨 🎁

* Please think of your TEAM NAME so you can be seated together 🪑 🪑

* $30 tickets are still online or $35 at the door (unless sold out) 🎫 🎫

* Fun party and line dancing after for anyone who wants to stay on for a boogie 🕺 🪩 💃
