Storytime!! A baby magpie had left the nest and introduced themselves to friends, Bec and Martin. "HELLO BABY!" Bec found that 'Baby' quite fancied Chick Stix, our oven roasted black soldier fly larvae! We reached out and donated some live larvae knowing that this was a nutritious live food for birds like magpies. Well.. that was a treat and the larvae were quickly devoured. Needless to say, the cat, Marley was unimpressed! Hey... we can't please everyone!! 😝

Slightly obsessed with our first batch of ducklings! Oh my! Cuteness overload! Mummas both had about 10 babies each and are collectively parenting! Only a few days old, they're already eating grubs, drinking and swimming! Like toddlers, they're probably covering themselves in more food than they're eating!
